About Us:
CanPR is an all-in-one mobile application that helps users from the very beginning of their immigration process. We aim to personalize each user's experiences to wherever they are with their immigration journey. The application will help users understand the process of immigrating, connecting with immigration consultants, tracking immigration application progress, and getting settled after immigration.
We seek a dynamic and well-connected Industry Network Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach within the construction industry.
Job Summary:
The Industry Network Specialist will be responsible for leveraging their extensive connections within the construction agencies to foster relationships, drive business growth, and expand our network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry and possess a wide-reaching network of contacts.
- Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers within construction agencies to drive business opportunities.
- Networking: Leverage existing networks and develop new connections to expand the company's reach within the construction industry.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with construction agencies and related organizations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the construction industry.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential partners. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for this role.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of business development activities and provide regular reports on progress and results.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within construction agencies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior executives.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Event Management: Experience in organizing and participating in industry events and conferences.
- Self-motivated: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, or a related field.
- Experience working with or within construction agencies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to construction.
- Enterprise sales experience is considered an asset.
- Multilingual skills are an asset (especially Hindi).
