Location:

  • Ontario - With travel to Montreal


Role Overview:

● Join a pioneering force in sustainable energy solutions. We seek a Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial growth and fortify our market presence. This pivotal role demands exceptional sales strategy execution, team leadership, and fostering robust client and partner relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

● Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to surpass targets.

● Cultivate a high-performance culture by inspiring and developing the sales team.

● Lead by example through strategic account development, closure, and overseeing RFP processes.

● Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.

● Monitor market trends, adjusting sales strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.

● Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align with corporate objectives.

● Methodically track sales performance, reporting progress to the executive team.


Requirements:

● Extensive sales leadership experience, ideally in mobility or renewable energy, with a proven track record.

● Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.

● Deep understanding of market dynamics, foreseeing industry shifts.

● Proficient in lead generation and customer journey strategies.

● Strategic and tactical prowess to meet growth and revenue targets.

● Demonstrated leadership ability, motivating and inspiring teams.

● Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.

● Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.

Compensation:

Salary - $110-130K + 35% bonus based on personal and team targets (Sales, new deals, MRR) => OTE between $148K and $175K
