**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage sales activity for assigned territories/accounts.
- Assume ownership and lead the Business Development activity for AP&C on a global scale (with support of Technical Sales Counterparts)
- Manage strategic collaborations with customers (Co-development, co-marketing, )
- Strong collaboration and alignment with Technical Sales counterparts in the EMEA and Americas regions.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization at both the management and technical level.
- Delivers AP&C’s capabilities and culture to customers and partners at meetings, conferences, workshops, trade shows and customer sites.
- Strong collaboration cross-functionally with the Colibrium Additve Commercial team.
- Strong collaboration cross-functionally with AP&C’s Order Management, Logistic and Material expert team. Provide support on situations potentially affecting the customer relation and taking decision for the benefit of the business.
- Responsible for sales pipeline management, sales forecasts and lead generation.
- Responsible for account plans/strategy
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
- Experience in the Additive Manufacturing industry and ideally in powders.
- Minium of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development.

- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- International travel is required, at least 30% (EMEA and Americas regions)
