Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Blickle Canada Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strong client relationships within your designated region. You will play a crucial role in our company's success by implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the province of Ontario.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team so that they consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product development based on customer feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Drive the company's sales culture, emphasizing a customer-centric approach and high ethical standards.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
