Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to customers, recommending the most suitable products to meet their needs.
  • Prepare customized quotes tailored to each client's requirements, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Offer comprehensive technical support, leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Take the initiative to propose alternative or complementary products, maximizing value for our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bring your knowledge in industrial automation and customer service to the table, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong technical analysis skills and a thirst for knowledge in industrial automation. Experience using AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Show a proactive approach to achieving personal and team goals, with a determination to deliver exceptional service.
  • Communicate fluently in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Hold a DEC or higher in Electromechanics, Industrial Automation or any other related field.
