**Responsabilités principales**:

- Promouvoir nos produits et solutions de vidéosurveillance par IA de pointe auprès des clients potentiels.
- Prendre des commandes par téléphone, en garantissant une expérience client fluide et positive.
- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des solutions adaptées.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et contribuer à la croissance de l'entreprise.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience avérée dans la vente interne ou un domaine connexe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Forte capacité à comprendre et à transmettre des informations techniques.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Autonome, orienté vers les objectifs, capable de travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
- Familiarité avec les technologies de l'IA et les solutions de vidéosurveillance est un plus.

**Duties**:

- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and drive sales
- Fluent in French & English

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably cooper or odoo
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $48,422.00 per year
