TRG Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team.


As the BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by generating interest and creating opportunities for their Account Executive team.

Position Overview:


As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth and fostering client relationships.


Here's what you'll do:

  • Prospect and engage with potential clients through targeted outreach via phone and email and social media to showcase our services.
  • Utilize innovative business development strategies, including marketing campaigns and attending networking events to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, booked meetings, and sales data, providing insights and reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client preferences to tailor sales strategies and offerings effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.


Skills & Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, driving B2B sales
  • Must live in or near the GTA, this is an in-office, on-site role.
  • Demonstrated drive and determination to excel in a sales-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and surpass sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry is advantageous but not required.
