Are you a sales superstar looking to join a fast-growing tech company? If so, we want you Our client is a leading tech design firm specializing in digital marketing, design, and web and app development. We are currently seeking three talented Business Development Representatives to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and helping us achieve our growth targets.
**Responsibilities**
Cold calling potential clients from a list of companies provided
Engaging with clients to assess their needs and explain our services
Building and nurturing client relationships to promote ongoing business
Identifying new business opportunities and developing creative strategies to win new clients
Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company
**Qualifications**
Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An understanding of tech, design and related industries is a plus
Highly motivated and results-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with cold calling and lead generation is an asset

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 for junior and $55,000+ (depending on experience) intermediate positions, respectively. Additionally, there is a 5% commission on all sales. There is plenty of room for growth within the organization as we expand and hit our ambitious targets. Hybrid option available.
