Business Development Representative

TripSpark Technologies is looking for a first-class Business Development Representative (BDR) to explore for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. Your role will be to generate interest by prospecting into a marketing qualified prospect base and determining if TripSpark Technologies would be of value for them. Through discovery, you will be responsible for understanding the needs and challenges of the potential customer, speaking to the functionality and value of our solutions, and facilitating a demonstration with one of our Territory Sales Manager to help build a strong sales funnel for our sales team.

**AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR), YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Hunting for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
- You will be the front line for many of our leads and will be responsible for setting the first impression for TripSpark
- Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure lead quality & nurture.
- Providing lead feedback to the rest of the TripSpark sales team and management

- Comfortable making and receiving calls at a high volume.
- Previous business development experience. an asset
- Ability to build relationships and connect with people quickly.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

**Experience**:
