Your daily life

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for all sales representation activities in the assigned territory ensuring a continued growth of our markets. In particular, he/she will:

Develop the annual sales plan, objectives and forecasts aligned with the overall sales plan. Develop a network of independent representatives to support sales growth. Identify potential business opportunities and cultivate new entrepreneurial clients. Promote our products to engineers on new projects. Create and execute customized marketing plans for key clients in the territory. Participate in trade shows and associative events. Support cost calculations with internal team. Act as a resource person for internal technical team.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering, in commence or a related discipline. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position combined with a solid track record. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to develop clients and identify strategies and opportunities. Computer skills, CRM and other software. Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships. Bilingualism – not required English required.

Working conditions
