The Senior Regional Sales Director will lead the sales operations, network development, aftersales, and marketing activities within the Canada region. This role requires a strong understanding of the Canadian market and the ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Developing and implementing a regional strategy for the Americas plan, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Researching and establishing partnerships that align with our brand values.
  • Establishing a sales and aftersales network for INEOS Automotive in the region.
  • Collecting and analyzing market data to inform market entry plans and routes to market.
  • Overseeing standards for sales and after-sales, ensuring our brand reputation is maintained.
  • Working closely with marketing agencies to tailor global strategies for the region.
  • Managing event hubs, including regional engagement strategies.

We are seeking an experienced senior sales leader with a proven track record in the automotive industry. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a deep understanding of the Canadian market.
