Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Okta, overseeing privileged access management (PAM), administering Google Cloud access controls, and developing custom tooling in Python to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Top Skills: Hands on experience administrating Okta as an Identity provider. The candidate will need have experience managing Single Sign On, Okta Lifecycle Management, HR as a Source, and Okta Workflows. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Privileged Access Management strategies, ensuring the enforcement of least privilege access and compliance with security policies. Proven expertise in managing access controls within Google Cloud, including the configuration of IAM roles, policies, and permissions to protect cloud resources while mitigating risk by adhering to the principle of least privilege. Strong programming skills in Python, developing custom tools and scripts to automate IAM processes, enhance reporting, and improve operational workflows. Experience with Okta and Google Cloud API's is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively consult with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and promote IAM best practices throughout the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting IAM-related issues and providing effective solutions.
