We are looking for a Curriculum Developer with expertise in Business Coaching and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA) to create impactful educational content for our programs.

Job Description:

As the Curriculum Developer, you will design, develop, and implement educational materials that promote inclusive recruitment practices, leadership development, and professional growth. You will work closely with our team to ensure that the curriculum aligns with GROW’s mission and meets the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design curriculum content, including lesson plans, workshops, and training modules, focused on inclusive recruitment, leadership development, and workplace culture transformation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Conduct research on EDIA best practices and integrate findings into the curriculum.
  • Create multimedia resources, including videos, presentations, and interactive activities, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Work with the Project Manager to align curriculum objectives with project goals and outcomes.
  • Pilot and revise educational materials based on feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  • Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators on delivering the curriculum.
  • Document best practices and create guides for future curriculum development projects.
  • Engage with community partners and employers to promote the curriculum and gather insights on industry needs.

RequirementsRequirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in EDIA, and developing educational materials focused on diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including educators, employers, and community organizations.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital content creation tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong instructional design skills and the ability to create engaging, learner-centered educational materials.
  • Experience in EDIA and understanding of inclusive teaching practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform curriculum development and improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Flexibility and creativity in designing curriculum that meets the needs of a diverse audience.
