About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Construction Innovation and Development, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of construction training at Qualico Canada. As the Curriculum Developer, Construction Training, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and maintain high-quality training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive module-based strategies for training programs, ensuring they are aligned with corporate goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials, adapting existing content as needed.
  • Monitor the performance of training programs, collecting data on participant outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with business units and external educators to expand training opportunities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in construction technology, incorporating new knowledge into training materials.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in the residential construction industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
