Respond andmanage all incoming/outgoing customer phone calls emails in aprofessional timelymanner.

Build andmaintain client loyalty by providing prompt friendlyservice.

Ensure deliveryof excellent customer service by providing timely accurate anddetailed processing of quotes orders and all other clientinquiries.

Communicate andcoordinate in a positive manner with team members and otherdepartments to address client issues and resolve problemsexpeditiously and report resolution back toclient.

Providecustomers with technical advice and solutions based upon productofferings.

Maintain andimprove quality results by following standards recommendingimproved policies andprocedures.

Manage andorganize detailed client and customer data by updating accountinformation.

Prepare anddistribute monthly sales reports to appropriateparties.

Supportmanagement in a variety of administrative projects and tasks asneeded.

Special projectsincluding but not limited to: marketing mailings customer surveystrade show assistance and followup. Proactively contribute ideas onways to improve or optimize customer service and sales supportprocedures..

Obtain shippingquotes from transportation companies asneeded

Perform otherduties and responsibilities asrequired.




RequirementsMust have excellent communication skills inEnglish.
Must have a universitydegree in technology or commerce.
Must have worked with QuickBooks and MicrosoftExcel.
Must have strong problemsolving skills.
Must haveexcellent interpersonal skills. Must be ableto multi task and make decisions. Must haveworked in a B2B environment.
Spanish German and/or French language is an asset.
