Established in 1981 we are an industry leader in the manufacture of ready-to-assemble precision machined components for critical vehicle systems across North America.

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Accounting
- Receiving, inputting, and paying supplier invoices
- Issuing and sending customer invoices
- Processing received customer payments
- Reviewing and tracking aged receivables and late payments

Purchasing
- Creating, sending and confirming purchase orders
- Updating vendor price lists
- Issuing new part prices to customers on a quarterly basis
- Ordering, maintaining office supplies

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
