To continue to help our clients do more in life, work, and play, we’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Managerto join our team at head office. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our executive team.

In a typical day, you will:

- Handle a range of administrative duties to support the overall functioning of the office
- Efficiently manage phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Respond to customer concerns
- Coordination of our philanthropic program Soles4Souls Canada
- Liaise with accounting to ensure accurate reconciliation of expenses.
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements as needed for employees and executives.
- Edit and proofread various documents to maintain a high standard of communication.
- Manage both physical and digital documents, ensuring proper organization and distribution

**About this opportunity with BioPed Footcare**:
This is a full-time position working daily out of our head office typically from Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

**Qualifications**:
Here’s what we’re looking for:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office setting as an Administrative Assistant
