- Strong understanding of building science, construction methods, and BC codes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
What the Firm Offers:
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
- Opportunities to work on high-profile, impactful projects that serve communities.
- A collaborative, supportive work culture that values growth and development.
- A smaller, boutique team setting allowing all members to work together
- Career growth opportunities, as the firm expands
If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a team that values community-centered design and quality construction, please apply or email Dara at dchita@talentsphere.ca.
