**Specific Position Responsibilities**
- Manage on-site contract administration services and act as primary point of contact between clients, contractors and project managers
- Conduct site inspections to ascertain project adherence to contract documents and relevant building & safety codes; prepare any necessary associated documentation and communications
- Identify any deviation from contract documents and work with key stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage documentation process and coordination to support modifications
- Prepare reports on project process/progress, and construction & detailing issues
- Work with project managers and design team to deliver exceptional client services, manage client expectations, and ensure client satisfaction & project success

**Position Requirements**
- Post graduate education in Architecture or Architectural Technology is an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technologist in an architectural firm with a focus on Revit based projects
- Other graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs is an asset
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of current industry standards, BC building code and building science
- Certified Construction Contract Administrator and/or LEED AP- LEED certification is an asset
- Positive attitude, passion, and patience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
