Job Title: Greeter and Executive Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, versatile professional to serve as our Greeter and Executive Assistant. This dynamic role combines creating an exceptional patient experience for clientele at a high-end dental clinic, with providing comprehensive support to the clinic's owner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Location: Downtown Vancouver - Transcend Specialized Dentistry

Position Type: Part-time (2-3 days/week) with potential to transition to full-time

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No evenings or weekends, unless requested)

Salary Range: $20 - $28 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Experience and Clinic Management (40%)

   - Warmly welcome patients and provide a 5-star hospitality experience

   - Manage clinic aesthetics, ambiance, and overall cleanliness

   - Assist with patient comfort, including offering beverages and hot towels

   - Update patient names on treatment room TV screens

   - Maintain the organization of reception area, hallways, washrooms, and staff kitchen

   - Manage laundry tasks and dishwasher operation

2. Executive Assistance (30%)

   - Handle email management: organize, delegate, file, and report on emails

   - Act as a liaison between Dr. Edher and other professionals or organizations

   - Manage Dr. Edher's personal and professional calendar

   - Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips

   - Prepare documents and materials for meetings and speaking engagements

   - Conduct research and provide concise reports as requested

3. Administrative Support (20%)

   - Coordinate and schedule all team meetings

   - Manage general administrative tasks and personal orders for Dr. Edher

   - Assist with project management and tracking of ongoing initiatives

   - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

   - Occasional support in answering phones

4. Social Media Management (10%)

   - Take photos and record videos as requested for social media use

   - Provide weekly deliverables of content curation and creation to our social media team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or executive assistance

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media

- Experience with basic photo/video editing software

- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping patients' experiences, supporting Dr. Edher's professional endeavors, and contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus, but not required. We value real-world experience, a proven ability to learn and adapt quickly, and a track record of achievement. The most important qualities for this role are a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
