Job Title: Greeter and Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team at Transcend Specialized Dentistry as a Greeter and Executive Assistant. This dynamic role combines creating an exceptional patient experience with providing comprehensive support to our clinic's owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Experience and Clinic Management:
    • Deliver a 5-star hospitality experience to patients and their families
    • Ensure the clinic's aesthetics, ambiance, and cleanliness meet the highest standards
  • Executive Assistance:
    • Manage email correspondence and serve as a liaison between our clinic and other professionals or organizations
    • Coordinate Dr. Edher's personal and professional calendar
    • Conduct research and provide concise reports as requested
  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate and schedule team meetings
    • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
    • Provide occasional support in answering phones
  • Content Creation for Social Media:
    • Capture high-quality photos and record videos for social media use
    • Edit photos and videos to ensure a professional finish
    • Deliver weekly content to our social media team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or executive assistance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media
  • Experience with basic photo/video editing software
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
