Executive Assistant and Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team at Transcend Specialized Dentistry as a Greeter and Executive Assistant. This dynamic role combines creating an exceptional patient experience with providing comprehensive support to our clinic's owner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a 5-star hospitality experience for patients, warmly welcoming them and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage clinic aesthetics, ambiance, and overall cleanliness to create a positive and professional environment.
- Act as a liaison between our clinic's owner and other professionals or organizations, facilitating communication and coordination.
- Manage email, calendar, and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct research and provide concise reports as requested, supporting our clinic's growth and development.
- Coordinate and schedule team meetings, maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, and provide occasional support with answering phones.
- Capture photos and record videos for social media use, editing and providing weekly deliverables to our social media team.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or executive assistance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media, with experience in basic photo/video editing software.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, with a warm and friendly personality.
