Revenue Management Analyst

Reporting to the Director of RevenueManagement the RM Analyst is responsible to support the hotelCommercial Strategy team with reporting and data analysis. The rolesupports the DRM in their efforts to improve and maintain dataquality efforts in all areas of revenue reporting. The role alsofacilitates system maintenance tasks including but not limited torate loading and inventory management maintenance of rate parityacross all selling channels and content management. They managespecial projects related to Revenue Management and complete atraining curriculum aimed at developing into a future RevenueManagement leader withinAccor.
Responsibilities
- Maintainsaccuracy of information and data and creates/enhances automationefforts in reporting tools.
- Assists in thepreparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documentsfor presentation at various revenue meetings or for requiredreporting within the hotel or to corporate teams andownership.
- Accurately generates and updates allRevenue Management reports. Serves as primary link for reportingand analytical needs of the Revenue Management team and adhocreports for senior leadership.
- Assists in themonthly forecasting process and creation of the annual budget andmarketing plan documents as well as long termprojections.
- Assists in managing availabilityrates and inventory in all channels and communicates strategies andrestrictions to operations teams.
- Responsiblefor maintaining rate parity across all channels includingcollaborating with the sales team regarding follow up processes forrepeat offenders.
- Assists with systemmaintenance including but not limited to rate loading restrictionsmanagement monitoring forecasted demand and running daily systemchecks. System expert within distribution RM and reportingplatforms.
- Aids in content management inelectronic channels liaises with hotel Marketing team to ensureregular updates of images and descriptions of hotel room brandsoutlets and services are completed.
- Maintainsclose relationships with GRC to ensure the call center is up todate on the hotels information at alltimes.
- Manages relationship with DistributionSystem Support team manages technical tickets and loading requestfollow ups.
- Supports special projects within RMand Distribution focused on uncovering new revenueopportunities.
- Performs adhoc tasks analysisand reporting on a needed basis to seniorleadership.
