Business Development Director (Mid-Market), Americas Description Appcharge is the direct-to-consumer platform for mobile games. As a Business Development Manager you’ll own the full commercial cycle for mid-market publishers – from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation, onboarding, and expansion. You’ll be a key player in shaping our go‑to‑market strategy, opening new segments, and locking in strategic partnerships that accelerate our blitz‑scale trajectory. What You’ll Do Drive Net‑New Revenue Build and own a robust pipeline of mid‑market publishers across the Americas Lead high‑velocity outreach, tailored pitches, and commercial negotiations Deliver predictable pipeline metrics around velocity, win rates, and deal size Close & Scale Strategic Partnerships Lead commercial negotiations and close high‑impact mid‑market deals Act as the commercial owner post‑onboarding, driving upsells, retention, and multi‑product expansion Unlock cross‑sell opportunities across Appcharge’s growing product suite Accelerate Market Penetration Identify and close regional partnership opportunities (e.g., integrations, referral partners, co‑marketing) Collaborate on joint GTM initiatives that unlock scale quickly and efficiently Shape the Product & GTM Strategy Work tightly with Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to deliver best‑in‑class partner experiences Channel market intelligence and publisher feedback into product roadmaps and commercial strategy Be the Face of Appcharge in Market Represent Appcharge at key industry events, conferences, and webinars Build strategic visibility and thought leadership in the Americas mid‑market ecosystem Requirements 5+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships Proven track record closing mid‑market or SMB deals in B2B gaming, payments, or adjacent industries Strong commercial acumen and deal‑making instincts – comfortable structuring complex partnerships Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus Deep familiarity with the Americas business culture and decision‑making dynamics Data‑driven mindset and fluency with CRM and forecasting tools Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and key industry events #J-18808-Ljbffr
