Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role with Anders Roloff- Barristers & Solicitors, located in Nepean, ON. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting lawyers in preparing legal documents and organizing files. You will also have the opportunity to communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage confidential information.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Legal Assistant program or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
