Established auto repair shop looking for an admin assistant & receptionist
**This employment is on site and cannot be performed remotely.**
- **Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as invoicing,filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in a automotive, dental or medical office is a plus.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
