**About The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain records of employee-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates) in digital formats
- Perform benefits administration for new joiners and departures
- Assist leadership team in performance management administration
- Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the Learning Management System, learning assets and reporting as well as troubleshoot issues with eLearning courses.
- Manage all stages of the learning lifecycle including learning strategy, curriculum design, content development, delivery support, measurement/evaluation, and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience with rapid eLearning development tools (360Learning).
- Maintains all learning materials, handbooks, user guides and update them as needed.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as 360Learning.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee engagement feedback
- Analyze employee trends, employee feedback and metrics and provide recommendation to support ongoing improvements
- Suggest new HR strategies and participate in continuous improvement of the HR department and HR related processes.
- Willingness and interest in creating a fun, enjoyable working environment and assisting with employee events planning

**Required Skills/Experience**
- A minimum of five years recent progressive experience in Human Resources with a focus on Learning and Development, Safety and Wellness, and Performance Management.
- A minimum of three years’ experience designing, developing, and executing learner-centric/strategic solutions to address knowledge, and/or skill.
- Build and maintain relationships with the trainers both internal and external to provide superior learning experiences.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/programs.
- Develop communication strategies and oversee its implementation, maintenance, and ongoing needs.
- CHRP designation an asset or working towards
- Experience in Health and Safety activities is considered an asset
- Highly organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to conduct presentations and training
- Very high attention to detail
