Legal Assistant/Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented legal assistant/receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a legal setting, and will have knowledge working with Unity, Teraview, PC Law, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and performing general receptionist duties.
- Running errands, banking, and other out of office deliveries.
- Prepare emails, correspondence, authorizations and directions and various other documentation.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and assembling legal files.
- Support lawyers by assembling and organizing client file information.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients by providing ongoing file updates.
- Perform other duties as required.
- This is an in-person role.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Candidate must have access to a car daily.
- Ability and desire to work independently, enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment, take responsibility for work and manage multiple client files.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong problem‐solving skills.
- A willingness to learn, grow and embrace our client‐centric model for legal services.
- Must have experience with and knowledge of Unity, Teraview, Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficient in web‐based communications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
