We're looking for a part-time marketing manager who can help us share this message with more people seeking authentic guidance.

Position Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on marketing manager who combines creative intuition with digital

expertise. This remote role (up to 20 hours per week) involves managing content, campaigns,

and community across our digital platforms — and helping grow our newsletter and subscriber

base.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and manage monthly marketing campaigns across social, web, and email.

 Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

 Manage our Mailchimp newsletters — design, copywriting, segmentation, and

automation.

 Grow our email list and optimize open/click rates through A/B testing and campaign

analysis.

 Coordinate light SEO and paid ad initiatives (Meta, Google).

 Track analytics and prepare simple monthly performance reports.

 Collaborate with leadership to plan online events and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications:

 3+ years of marketing experience (ideally in wellness, coaching, or spiritual brands).

 Experience with Mailchimp, social scheduling tools (Buffer, Meta Suite), and Canva.

 Strong writing skills with an empathetic, emotionally resonant tone.

 Basic understanding of funnels, ad management, and analytics.

 Organized, proactive, and aligned with conscious/spiritual messaging.

Compensation:

$25–$35/hour CAD, depending on experience

~15–20 hours per week

Fully remote, flexible schedule
