**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategy Development: Create and implement a holistic marketing strategy for our Shopify store.
Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
SEO Optimization: Enhance the SEO of our Shopify store to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and other strategic partners.
A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on e-commerce and Shopify.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Tools: Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creativity: Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
