By closely listening to our clients' needs, servicePath has rapidly evolved to include features for Sales, Finance, and Senior Executives. **About the Job**: **Job Title**: Marketing Manager **Location**: Canada (Remote) **Department**: Marketing **Reports to**: CEO **Position**: Full-Time **Working Hours**: Local Business Hours/Flexible Working Hours **Duties**: **Dimension** **Description** **Website Content Development** - Research and create compelling website content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and other articles. - Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand messaging. **Social Media Strategy**: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the sales funnel. - Manage our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, and create engaging posts to drive audience interaction. - Activate and engage communities on LinkedIn, focusing on our target customers: technology service providers and mid-sized and larger companies. - Understand and leverage the "watering holes" where our target audience gathers, and implement strategies to engage them effectively. - Leverage existing integrations to enhance automation and improve campaign effectiveness **SEO and SEM**: - Conduct keyword research to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic search rankings. - Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and increase conversion rates. **Lead Generation**: - Develop and execute innovative strategies for lead and SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) generation. - Create targeted advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads to attract and convert high-quality leads. **Analytics and Reporting**: - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. - Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, using data to inform and optimize marketing strategies. **Content Strategy and Management**: - Develop a content calendar to plan and manage the publication of various content types. - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content that supports marketing objectives. **Competitive Intelligence** - Understand and leverage competitors' best ideas to enhance our marketing strategies. - Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. **Key Competencies and Experience**: **Minimum**: - Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing. - Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. - Experience with lead nurture campaigns and a deep understanding of SEO principles. - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in activating and engaging communities on LinkedIn. **Core Competencies**: - Experience with WordPress or other content management systems. - Expertise in LinkedIn and Google Ads. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. - Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field. - At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar or equivalent role. - Certifications such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua) are highly desirable. - Understanding of the concept of "watering holes" where target audiences gather and strategies to engage them effectively. **Budget**: - Up to 70K CAD plus benefits package. Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - Marketing: 5 years (required) Work Location: Remote
