**About us**

Loomo Marketing is a full-service branding and marketing agency, with regional offices in Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to support our clients and team in developing and implementing exciting marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with experience looking for a more flexible and exciting work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Directly engage with and support clients.
- Inform and support the development of marketing collateral.
- Management and coordination with marketing staff, and contractors.
- Work with the management team, creative, and development staff.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust as needed.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns.
- Manage reporting of marketing results and engaging with clients to review and adjust campaigns/initiatives.

**Required Skills**:

- Background in communications and/or marketing
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work 9-5 PST Monday-Thursday
- Proficiency with marketing tech systems (Adobe, Microsoft, DropBox, Mailchimp, social platforms, etc.)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in PR or social media management
- Experience in copywriting across various marketing channels
- Experience working in digital ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Etc.)
- Experience working in marketing analytics and measurement platforms (Google Analytics, social analytics platforms, etc.)

**Further Details**:

- Fully remote position
- Extended Health Benefits available
- Agency office hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5 PST
- Must have excellent internet speed available
- Must undergo a full criminal record and background check

**Salary**: $55,442.00-$61,252.00 per year
