We are looking to grow our talented team at our fast-paced Inbound Marketing Agency

ThinkFuel is seeking an ambitious, independent, and dynamic Marketing Strategist who is passionate about relationships and is interested in growing a new client base of business.

We are searching for a skillful Marketing Strategist to assist in spearheading and supporting current and future clients across the US & Canada.

*This role will be fully remote*

Reports to:
Director of Operations

What You’ll Do:

- Lead client relationships and manage the overall account management process for your assigned accounts, primarily within the B2B space
- Work with clients to develop and implement their digital marketing strategy
- Support our team by producing content briefs, strategy guidance, landing page/website page direction, ad copy, testing plans and other special projects as a required
- Organize and lead client presentations via Google Meet
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to achieve set goals and objectives
- Provide guidance to the internal team on content topics, keywords, campaign goals, target audiences, etc.
- Deliver monthly reporting of account performance, providing insightful analysis, recommendations, and opportunities to meet goals and KPIs
- Proactively manage your clients and anticipate issues and develop solution-focused recommendations.
- Work directly with the Director of Operations to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, effectively, and within budget.
- Partner with the clients and quickly understand and become an expert in your client's business, industry, and current marketing strategies.
- Serve as the account lead on 10-15 accounts at any given time (drive scope, manage timelines and budgets to execute on said scope, liaise with internal resources as needed to deliver campaign elements).
- Develop strong bonds with clients, a curiosity about their business, and a passion for helping them solve problems (both from a consultative perspective and, when appropriate, augmenting services and scope for more robust support)
- Assisting our internal sales team on pre-sales calls to help scope client requirements.

What You’ll Have:

- Proven track record of account management/marketing strategy success
- Strong commitment to customer service and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple clients
- College diploma in a related field with 2+ years of experience
- Excellent Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Inbound Marketing Strategies
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social, and Marketing Automation is an asset
- Experience with marketing software (i.e., HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Databox, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of success
- An upbeat personality, and enjoy initiating, directing, and managing accounts - including planning and marketing activities.
- The ability to have tough conversations, kindly, when necessary with clients.

Annual Salary:
$60,000- $70,000 CAD DOE

**Experience**:

- SEO, PPC, and content marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Digital Marketing Strategist (or similar): 1 year (preferred)
