Job Definition:
Doxim is seeking a Marketing Manager where you will embrace your targeted B2B marketing expertise to drive a healthy related pipeline that converts into revenue. You will work in collaboration with internal and external teams to prepare and execute marketing programs and campaigns and measure and report on their effectiveness. Your campaigns/programs will incorporate a full marketing mix including, account-based marketing, events, digital, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
- Building quarterly marketing plans with an emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities and progressing existing opportunities
- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing programs
- Manage a budget to support campaign execution and pipeline targets
- Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
- Evaluate, measure, and report on all marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Work within a budget and report on programs effectiveness and ROI
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing programs, campaign development or related experience in an enterprise software company.
- Expertise in lead generation and lead management tactics and process, pipeline management, and the associated measures and metrics
- Salesforce and marketing automation (preferably Pardot) experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing a budget
- Strong project management skills to work closely with team members, product marketing, industry experts, and sales to ensure timely execution on all campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to understand the campaign metrics and provide meaningful analysis of the campaign performance leveraging Salesforce and Pardot reporting and dashboards
- A proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve target goals including leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- A self-motivated, performance-driven and professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field is required
