Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Develop ideas to increase engagement, awareness, and conversions
  • Help coordinate product launches, email campaigns, and partnerships

Website Management

  • Update website content, images, and layouts as needed on Wix and Wordpress
  • Optimize pages for SEO and user experience
  • Ensure messaging and visuals align with brand tone

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Write and edit marketing copy for emails, newsletters, web pages, blog posts, and press releases

Graphic Design

  • Create visual assets for digital and print materials (social media posts, banners, email graphics, flyers, business cards, posters, product packaging, etc.)
  • Work within brand guidelines to maintain a consistent aesthetic

Social Media Management

  • Come up with ideas for posts, reels, stories, and ads that can drive revenue for an e-commerce brand
  • Plan, create, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Engage with audiences and respond to messages/comments as needed
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements

Ideal Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and design
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress and Wix)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in suggesting ideas
  • Experience with beauty, wellness, or e-commerce brands is a plus
