Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant located in Windsor, ON. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for providing professional advice and assistance to clients regarding their immigration needs. Daily tasks will include conducting consultations, preparing and submitting immigration applications, analyzing and resolving visa and immigration issues, and staying updated on immigration laws and policies. The consultant will work closely with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient immigration process while maintaining a high level of client service and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues, including study permits, work permits, and permanent residency pathways
- Experience with Visas, including family sponsorship, business visas, and visitor/super visas
- Familiarity with Canadian Law and regulations related to immigration
- Proven expertise in Consulting and advising clients on immigration journeys
- Understanding of Global Immigration trends and processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle complex documentation and administrative tasks
- Certification as an Immigration Consultant (RCIC designation) and current membership with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) is preferred
- Multilingual abilities and previous experience in a client-facing role are considered assets
