Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:

- Respond to client inquiries regarding employment, study, and immigration pathways to Canada.
- Provide clear, confident guidance on various immigration programs, including Work Permits, LMIA, Temporary Residence, Skilled Worker programs, Permanent Residence, Family Sponsorship, and Citizenship.
- Advise clients on the most effective immigration strategies based on their needs.

Application Preparation:

- Stay up-to-date on immigration laws and policies to provide clients with accurate, timely, and actionable information.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Maintain client confidentiality and manage records in line with IRCC guidelines.

Client Communication:
Team Collaboration:

- Work effectively with internal team members, management, and external partners.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.

Case Management:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary credentials.
- Proficiency in French or Spanish (an asset but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in immigration consulting, with a strong record of handling diverse cases.
- Experience working with complex immigration cases and a high level of client service.

Required Qualifications:

- Valid RCIC license and in good standing.
- Completed post-secondary education.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Confidence to work independently, make decisions, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Strong ethical standards and unwavering commitment to client success.
