We are seeking a Dedicated Consultant Trainer to design, lead, and manage our structured four-week onboarding program for new RCICs (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants). This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring new consultants receive the knowledge, skills, and mentorship required to serve clients effectively and uphold our firm's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training modules covering:
  • General Canadian immigration knowledge (visitor visas, study permits, PR, Express Entry, sponsorships, etc.)
  • Internal processes, case management systems, client communication standards, and compliance procedures
  • Administer and evaluate the mid-training exam at the end of Week 2
  • Provide mentorship and ongoing guidance to consultants throughout onboarding and early client handling
  • Collaborate with senior team members (Case Manager, Senior Consultant, Administrative Manager) to coordinate daily training schedules and case simulations
  • Monitor consultant progress, provide performance feedback, and recommend continuation or termination based on results
  • Update training materials to reflect policy and procedural changes in immigration law
  • Ensure training aligns with company standards, regulatory compliance, and client service excellenceQualifications
  • RCIC designation with good standing in the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
  • 3–5 years of direct experience handling a variety of Canadian immigration applications (Express Entry, sponsorship, study permits, etc.)
  • Prior experience in training, mentorship, or team leadership strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex immigration regulations into practical learning for consultants
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of training materials and firm processesWhat We Offer
