About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company, is looking for a
Bilingual Business Development Manager
to help unlock major growth in the largely untapped Quebec market. This is a high-impact role for a motivated hunter who thrives on building relationships, delivering consultative solutions, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities in Quebec
- Lead high-impact product demos, uncover client needs, and craft tailored proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Log activities and pipeline updates in CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to drive account growth
- Attend industry events and represent the company in-market (15–20% travel)
What You Bring:
- Bilingual (French & English)
– required - 3–5 years of B2B solution sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and build a strong pipeline
- Experience delivering engaging product demos and conducting deep discovery
- Comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Resilient, self-directed, and motivated by growth

Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary:
$55,000–$60,000 + uncapped commission (OTE: $90,000–$150,000+)
Work Model:
Primarily remote (~80–85% home office) + 15–20% in-market travel
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible and outcome-focused
