Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our New Jersey office. This is a flexible role ideal for individuals seeking part-time work, a second job, or a side hustle that fits around an existing schedule. Candidates currently employed elsewhere are welcome to apply.

The Administrative Assistant will provide support across departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting with scheduling, employee coordination, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain employee schedules and shift coordination

Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including benefits and employee records

Support daily office operations, including document preparation and data entry

Handle incoming communications (emails, phone calls, and correspondence)

Assist management with reporting and internal communication

Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information

Provide excellent customer service and internal support

Qualifications

Previous administrative, HR, or office experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Must be based in New Jersey

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience and hours)

Hours: 16–32 hours per week (Flexible scheduling)
