Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Hamilton, ON, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. As an Administrative Assistant, daily responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The role also involves providing executive administrative assistance, ensuring effective office operations, and maintaining professional communication through phone and email interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support daily office operations
  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, including scheduling and managing executive calendars
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities
  • Prior experience with office software such as Microsoft Office and other clerical tools
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, with a proactive approach to multitasking
  • Relevant experience in a similar administrative role is an asset
