Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Ancaster, ON. The Levie Team Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing general office duties. The Administrative Assistant will also be expected to provide exceptional support to executives and assist with key tasks and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Administrative Assistance and performing clerical tasks
- Strong skills in Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Competence in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling confidential information
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with office software systems and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
- Previous (1 year or more)experience in the real estate or customer service industry is an asset
