Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, clerical, and communication skills, with experience in supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and handling financial tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, fostering team development, and maintaining efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Supervise office staff and coordinate team management activities to ensure productivity and moral.
  • Maintain organized office systems to improve efficiency

Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience working at a front desk or handling multi-line phone systems is beneficial .
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with strong organizational abilities are essential for success in this role
  • Experience with office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with budgeting processes will be considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
