Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks when necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Support office operations by coordinating appointments and managing schedules for staff members.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in Tagalog or Filipino language
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical duties is required.
