Role Description

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position at our Mississauga, ON location. The Dental Receptionist will manage front desk operations and provide a welcoming experience for all patients. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, answering calls, and addressing patient inquiries. The individual will also ensure smooth daily operations of the practice while supporting the team to provide exceptional dental care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing patient records
  • Working knowledge or understanding of Dental Care practices and procedures
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective verbal communication
  • Experience handling general Receptionist Duties such as greeting patients and processing payments
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain organization in a busy environment
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an asset
  • Proficiency in dental software systems is a plus particularly Dentrix
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare administration or dental reception are advantageous
