We're currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team full-time. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Ensure all required licensing and documentation is completed on time.
  • Support dealership events, launches, and special occasions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Minimum one year of reception and/or dealership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Comfortable using computers and office software.

Availability

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
