Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace that values efficiency, professionalism, and positive energy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle all clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling.
  • Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Manage patient inquiries and concerns with excellent phone etiquette, providing timely assistance and support to patients and team members
  • Assist with specialized roles such as medical or dental receptionist duties when needed, including patient check-in and appointment coordination

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Exceptional phone etiquette coupled with experience managing multi-line phone systems for seamless communication flow
  • Knowledge of office management principles along with time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Personal assistant experience or medical/dental receptionist background is a plus for supporting specialized needs
