Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Mississauga, ON. The Administrative Assistant will perform a range of day-to-day tasks, including managing administrative duties, maintaining schedules, handling correspondence, responding to inquiries, and ensuring efficient office operations. The role also involves supporting executives, preparing documents, and providing general clerical support as needed to assist in the smooth functioning of the consultancy's operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations and maintain efficiency
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle client interactions and correspondence effectively
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership and manage schedules
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in common office software and tools
- Prior experience in immigration consultancy or a customer service role is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred
