Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including maintaining schedules, managing communications, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and providing executive-level administrative support. Additional responsibilities include overseeing clerical tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of the office environment. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a client-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Exceptional Communication skills, including Phone Etiquette
- Experience with Clerical Tasks, such as filing, organizing, and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in office administration or a related field is an asset
- Experience in financial services or working with a MGA is a plus
