Office Manager/bookkeeper

Creus has an exciting opportunity for a full time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. Creus is seeking an exceptionally organized individual who can mult-task and manage deadlines. We are a Civil Engineering firm of 20+ Civil Engineers, Technicians and Construction Managers. We are located in North Vancouver, adjacent to the Sea Bus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Exceptional administrative skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Setting up projects, assisting Project Managers
- Assisting the Controller with Accounts Receivable and processing payments
- Ensuring all project documents are current and filed
- Managing and ordering office supplies
- Answering and directing phone calls
Qualifications:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Have bookkeeping experience
- Able to multi-task within different departments
- Team player
- Must be extremely organized
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 2 years office experience
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
